The 14th of July 2013 will see the launch of the 2nd Men’s Open to be held at Clandon Regis Golf Club since it became a members’ owned club in 1996, and having held a highly successful event last year, we are delighted to once again open our doors to the best amateur players in the county for what will undoubtedly be one of the best Men’s Open’s on the 2013 circuit.

 

The ever improving 6485 yard par 72, Parkland course set only ten miles from Guildford, last year saw 55 of Surrey’s best players compete for the coveted trophy and first prize of £500* along with amazing prizes donated by our partners in both the scratch and handicap formats. After 36 holes, the 1st  Clandon Regis Men’s Open was won by the Surrey Captain, Mark Booker of Royal Wimbledon Golf Club.

 

 

For a small entry fee of £40** Clandon Regis Golf Club will be delighted to welcome all golfers with an official handicap or 12 or below to play 36 holes of championship golf as a part of the Surrey Order of Merit,  have 3 meals,  take home a goodie bag worth over £25, and compete for a share in the £1000 prize fund.
